Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator / Trainee WSH Officer
- Understudy Workplace Safety & Health Officer / Auditor
- Preparation of necessary documents including Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, Risk Management Plan, etc in accordance to bizSAFE requirements;
- Assist clients with risk management activities including bizSAFE certification;
- Facilitate or conduct workplace safety & health inspection;
- Identify unsafe condition and unsafe work practice;
- Recommend and assist implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
- Conduct investigation on incidents or dangerous occurrences;
- Organize workplace safety & health promotional activities;
- Facilitate or conduct workplace safety & health training, including safety induction and orientation;
- Participate in workplace safety & health meeting and safety committee;
- Liaise with the customer’s representative, external parties, certifying agency and regulatory department (e.g. MOH, MOM, NEA, SCDF, SPF) pertaining to EHS matters.
