Worship Support and Communications Executive
Overview
This role provides administrative support for worship services, and communications across the church.
Key Responsibilities
- Worship Services Support: Coordinate with speakers and worship teams to prepare service slides, announcements, and related materials for weekly English worship services. Manage service rosters and scheduling.
- Administration: Create and manage online event registration forms, maintain the church calendar and web links, report copyright usage to CCLI, and compile annual conference reports.
- Communications: Support congregational engagement through publicity and communications materials, including weekly e-bulletins, announcement slides, and print collateral. Basic graphic design capability is required.
- Digital Media: Maintain the church website and social media platforms, schedule livestreams, prepare weekly member updates via WhatsApp and Telegram, and perform basic audio editing for sermon recordings and delayed livestreams.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading abilities.
- Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in creating and managing online forms and digital content.
- Working proficiency in Google Forms, Canva, WordPress, Audacity, YouTube, or equivalent platforms.
Remuneration
- $3,500 – $4,300 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
