WSH & SAFETY CO-ORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• Support compliance Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
• Conduct risk assessment, hazard identification and implementation of control measures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and follow-up corrective actions
• Coordinate safety induction, toolbox meetings and WSH training
• Maintain safety records, reports and documentation
• Support emergency preparation activities and safety drills
• Liaise with work members on company safety policy and related safety matters

Experiences require:

• Practical sites - marine shipyards and logistic operations
• Familiar with bizSAFE, ISO audit process, MOM inspection, customer safety audit and contractor safety requirement
• Experience in creating safety matrix, monthly WSH report and corrective action tracker
• Willing to go sites and vessels and engage with ground workers
• Able to use basic digital tools - Excel, Google drive, Portal, Forms, Photos and Checklists
