8 Months Product Development Manager / AVP (Health Insurance) | Up to $6000 #NKA
Location: Raffles Place
Duration: 8 months contract (maternity cover)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: Up to $6000 + completion bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Support development and rollout of medical & health insurance products (e.g. Shield plans, hospital cash, long-term care products)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation and launch
- Prepare product documentation, policy contracts, product summaries, and marketing materials
- Review and simplify policy wording to improve customer understanding
- Handle product-related queries and ensure compliance with MAS/MOH/LIA regulations
- Conduct competitor analysis and support research for new product propositions and innovations
Job Requirements:
- Experience in insurance product development / consumer propositions
- Familiar with medical & health insurance products
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the insurance industry
- Candidates with product development experience preferred
