Accounts & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, assist in audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee cash flow, banking transactions and support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Handle office administration, procurement and vendor management.
  • Maintain company records, contracts and filing systems.
  • Support HR functions such as leave administration and staff claims.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and government authorities when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in shipping, bunkering, or maritime industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to take initiative.
  • Knowledge of Singapore maritime regulations and shipping documentation is an advantage.
