Admin & Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative and office support tasks.
  • Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping duties.
  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Draft correspondence, letters, and simple documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
