Admin & Accounts Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and office support tasks.
- Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping duties.
- Prepare and process invoices.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Draft correspondence, letters, and simple documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Director.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
