Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with relevant parties (e.g. buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines) to arrange shipments and ensure cargoes shipped out as per schedule.
- Experience in shipping documentations [import/export] and other relevant shipping documents
- Maintain, update & monitor shipments/ admin documents and database
- Able to perform multiple tasks
- Other ad hoc duty as assigned
Requirements
- ITE Diploma, or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), MYOB/SAP an advantage
- With/Without Experience
- Training Provided
- 5 Day work week
- Able to start work in short notice
- Location: Bukit Batok
