Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage high-volume data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Perform matching and verification of invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Verify supplier invoices against quantities, unit rates, and item descriptions to ensure accuracy before system entry
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to promptly resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support and carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess strong typing skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Proactive, responsible, and a collaborative team player
