Admin Assistant / Executive

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations
  • Arrange and follow up on customer appointments to maintain scheduling accuracy
  • Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and phone calls to ensure effective communication
  • Update customer and service records and prepare basic documents to maintain accurate information
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to schedule vehicle servicing efficiently
  • Execute other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business needs

Requirement:

  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage documents and data
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Organizational skills to manage schedules and records effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure task accuracy
