Admin Assistant

Job scope:

  • Answer and manage incoming hotline inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing initiatives and internal training programs.
  • Develop and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Sales &Marketing team, including appointment scheduling, documentation, and data management.
  • Prepare, pack, and coordinate shipment of goods, as well as process and submit Letter of Credit (LC) documents to banks.
  • Prepare and submit monthly pending sales order forecast reports to the Accounts team.
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
