Admin cum Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Perform administrative and procurement support tasks including managing emails, preparing quotations, submitting government tenders, sourcing products locally and overseas, maintaining organized records, and coordinating deliveries to support business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails promptly and send accurate quotations to support sales activities
  • Submit government tenders via GEBIZ and maintain related documentation through filing, typing, photocopying, binding, and scanning
  • Organize and deliver documents, reports, and information to management within deadlines
  • Source products for local and overseas purchases based on enquiry requirements
  • Maintain well-organized filing systems and accurate records for easy retrieval
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries professionally and follow up with quotations as needed
  • Issue purchase orders and compile reports to support procurement and administrative processes
