Admin Assistants

Job Description:

· Provide administrative and cashiering support in our Service Centre.

· Respond to and resolve administrative requests and inquiries.

· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

· Prepare and update monthly reports.

· Create and maintain filing systems.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· Work locations: 589623

· Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:15 am - 5:30 pm, Sat 8:15 am - 12.30 pm.

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels / Nitec.

· At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

· Responsible with excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

· Hands-on approach towards work.
