Admin Executive
Job Description & Requirements
- Oversee daily office administration, including handling calls, correspondence, document preparation, filing, and supply management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain office facilities, coordinate logistics, and support day-to-day business needs across departments.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling, and preparation of required documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, such as executive sessions, company events, and customer appointments, ensuring efficient arrangements.
- Prepare, process, and track staff expense claims and basic financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist with government-related submissions and documentation, including MOM, ACRA, and IRAS matters, to meet compliance requirements.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, agencies, and external parties as needed, while supporting the company’s overall administrative and compliance functions.
- Prefer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office technology tools
- The ideal candidate must have experience in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, an interest and passion in learning contributing beyond the day to day administrative aspects of the role
- Diploma or any discipline or minimum 1 years Executive Administrative experience
- Ability to be self-motivated and resourceful in a highly chaotic and unstructured start-up environment.
- Working five and a half days a week
