Corporate Secretarial Executive/Senior Executive
Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
- Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns.
- Handles ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
- Handling and managing a portfolio of clients.
- Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
- Other adhoc duties as and when required
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
- Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
- Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure
