Admin Executive

Job description

• Perform general administrative duties such as filing systems, typing, copying, binding, scanning, office stationery etc.

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations/facilities.

• Maintain proper filing and systematic organization of office documents.

• Handle procurement support such as purchases requisitions, purchase orders, DO/Invoice tracking and 3-way matching.

• Arrange courier of samples and documents

• Check and maintain delivery documents and perform data entry.

• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder or GCE O Level with at least 1 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.

• Singaporean/PR preferred.
