Job Summary

Provide professional front-of-house and administrative support to uphold corporate image, manage communications, coordinate office operations, and facilitate inter-departmental collaboration in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors professionally to uphold and enhance the company’s corporate image and reputation
  • Manage all incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate routing of information to relevant parties
  • Oversee daily office maintenance, manage pantry and stationery inventory, and coordinate procurement activities to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage document distribution, filing, and archiving to maintain organized records and support operational efficiency
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and room bookings to optimize resource utilization and support team collaboration
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments and stakeholders to support business processes
  • Provide administrative support for management-assigned tasks and handle ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently
  • Utilize MS Excel to perform data reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in foreign trade or international trading environments
  • Prior experience in human resources (HR) administration
