Administrative Assistant

This role will support marketing business leaders and will also oversee site management and overall team broad administrative initiatives. The highly motivated, well-organized candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks. This role requires good judgment -- knowing when to act independently, when to ask, and when to escalate. You'll often need to anticipate needs before they're expressed and make decisions quickly with the information available. Priorities and schedules shift regularly, and the ability to adapt without losing focus is important. You'll work closely with your leaders and across the broader organization, so strong interpersonal skills are key. Handling sensitive information with discretion, managing competing demands with composure, and maintaining clear communication across teams are all central to the role. Minimum Qualifications 2-3 years + Administrative Assistant experience supporting Senior Level Executives. Efficient with Apple Software Tools: iCal, Keynote, Mail, Slack Preferred Qualifications Tried ability and experience in supporting executive level staff (daily schedules, travel, expenses, task management, facilities, conferencing, purchasing and day to day operations of their team) Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion Ability to build and maintain positive relationships Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure Manage all facility related requests, working cross functionally with the Facilities team and building representatives Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
