Supervisor, Administrative Assistant - Apple Services Engineering
The Administrative Assistant Supervisor plays a pivotal leadership role within the App Store organization. You will manage a team of Administrative Assistants across Apps, Music, and Podcasts — ensuring team members are supported in their growth, development, and day-to-day effectiveness across global offices.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience supporting senior or director-level leadership
1+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management and team development
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
A Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree (AA), or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong presence and influence — a calming, professional voice capable of building relationships across Apple and acting as a polished representative for a senior organizational leader
Experience participating in calibration, TCP, or compensation review cycles
Familiarity with staffing and contracting workflows, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Experience managing employee relations matters, accommodations, and LOA processes in partnership with HR or a PBP
Proficiency with Apple tools including iCal, Keynote, Mail, eApproval, and other macOS-based systems
Experience with site management, space planning, or facilities coordination across multiple locations
Comfortable facilitating meetings, presenting process updates, and communicating organizational changes to leadership audiences
Curious, flexible, and a dedicated problem solver who thrives in ambiguity
Proficiency with Quip, Box, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
Prior experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced corporate environment
