Adminstrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and sales support.

  • To support sales & operational activities including creating purchase order, delivery order, quotations and invoices.

  • Assist in warranty claim.

  • Check & verify expense claims from technicians.

  • Maintain a proper documentation & filing system for recording and tracking of all documents.

  • Other ad hoc duty as per required.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

    • Proficient in MS Office.

    • Good interpersonal & communication skills.

    • Able to work independently.

    • Available to start work immediately.

    • GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ levels qualification.
