Adminstrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and sales support.
To support sales & operational activities including creating purchase order, delivery order, quotations and invoices.
Assist in warranty claim.
Check & verify expense claims from technicians.
Maintain a proper documentation & filing system for recording and tracking of all documents.
Other ad hoc duty as per required.
Requirements
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Available to start work immediately.
GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ levels qualification.
