AI Implementation Consultant
You will support customers through the full product onboarding lifecycle, including installation, upgrades, demos, and training. You will diagnose client issues, propose technical and creative solutions, and provide ongoing post-deployment support. You will collect user feedback, analyze data to inform product improvements, and execute product tests while coordinating specifications with engineers. You will communicate in both Japanese and English with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Understand client challenges and propose technical and creative solutions
- Drive customer product understanding and adoption
- Perform product installations upgrades demonstrations and training
- Provide post-deployment technical support to customers
- Collect user feedback and analyze data to inform product improvements
- Execute product testing and coordinate specifications with engineers
- Manage release activities and deployment coordination
Requirements
- Experience in software implementation or technical support
- Business-level Japanese
- Communication-level English
- Background in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Experience with databases (preferred)
- Experience with Unix systems (preferred)
- Programming experience (preferred)
- Deep domain knowledge in a specific industry (preferred)
