Location: Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 3-6 Months


Core Responsibilites:
- Triage Support Requests
- Serve as primary point of contact for issue resolution
- Investigate all reported issues
- Resolve Tier 1 issues
- Esclate Tier 2 issues
- Create standard responses to common requests

Desired:
- Ariba, SAP, Oracle experience

Mandatory:

Customer Service Experience
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Technology background
