Assistant Manager [School/West]

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective postgraduate students, providing accurate guidance on programmes, admission requirements, application procedures, and enrolment processes.
- Manage the full postgraduate admissions lifecycle, ensuring applications are processed efficiently and in compliance with institutional policies and deadlines.
- Develop and execute communication and outreach strategies to promote postgraduate programmes and engage prospective students and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse enrolment data, market trends, partnerships, and service performance to support recruitment objectives and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with academic faculties and administrative teams to ensure consistent communication of admissions policies, requirements, and updates.
- Supervise support staff where applicable, maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely information to prospective students.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a degree in Administration or any related discipline
- Prior administrative experience in the education sector would be an advantage
