Associate Sales Manager (TIS)

Summary of the Role

The Associate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining/expanding relationships with existing customers. The role demands a strategic sales approach, strong negotiation ability, and solid leadership skills.

Key Functions / Responsibilities

  • Leading, develop and coaching team: Setting goals and targets, implement strategy, and delivering results

  • Stakeholder management: KOL relationship, generating new ideas, and identifying new opportunities

  • Sales Performance: Tracking and monitoring sales, both in market sales and sales to distributor

  • Sales operation: Understand the forecasting, order timeline, and in coordination with relation key function team in internal PTTI

  • Product focus: Drive the sales opportunity based on product focus, growth opportunity and market segmentation

  • Distributor management: Manage and coordinate with distributor for sales execution to meet customer expectation on product availability as well as customer engagement

Education & Experience

  • Experience in cardiovascular field

  • Educational background: Open to science or business related background

  • 5 10 years of industry experience

  • Good interpersonal, facilitation, coaching, communication and consulting skills.

  • People management experience is mandatory, at least 1 – 2 years of experience

  • Self-starter with strong results orientation and success in moving business toward long-term goals
