Senior Sales Specialist (TIS) - Surabaya

Summary of the Role
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationship with existing customer.
This role requires a strategic approach for sales and strong negotiation skill. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target and deep understanding of the industry
Key Functions / Responsibilities
1. Sales and Revenue Generation
Develop and execute strategic sales plan and exceed the target
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct product presentations to potential customers / KOL
2. Client Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for high value customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention
Handle customer complaint
3. Market and Competitive Analysis
Stay updated on the industry trends, competitor activities, market situation and market intelligence to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market demands, and potential product improvements.
4. Sales Reporting and Forecasting
Maintain accurate record of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in dashboard report
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts in respected territory / account for leaders to review
5. Leadership and Mentorship
Share best practice and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
Functional / Technical Skills
Good communication and willingness to learn.
Self-starter with strong results orientation and success in moving business toward long-term goals
Experience in cardiovascular therapy or industry
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the medical device industry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Education & Experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering or pharmacy
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical sales is mandatory
Experience managing cardiovascular portfolio is mandatory
Willingness to be based in Surabaya as this role will be managing East Java Region
