Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to agents, associations, and insurance carriers.
  • Foster and sustain positive, professional relationships with agents, associations, and insurance providers.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities related to the Broker Support role as assigned by your immediate manager.
  • Propose enhancements for processes and technology to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the department’s process manual.



Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration is required.
  • Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Effective problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Approachable and professional in delivering suboptimal information via in-person, phone, and email interactions.
  • Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay Rate: $52,000/yr USD
