BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President & Director, the incumbent is required to provide Business, Sales Activities and secure New Business in Singapore & Malaysia.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Conduct business development, bring in sales in new and assigned sectors and areas.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing a new customer base to achieve sales targets.
- Regular Sales activities such as Customer Management and tendering.
- Review project specifications and support in preparations of quotations, costings, and regular business reports.
- Analyzes, develops and makes plans for engaging the target market
- Handle or support to clients whenever required.
Job Specifications/Requirements:
- Business development experience in General Industries. Related experience in M&E Industries and Semiconductor Industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, bids, and engineering requirements.
- Experience in M&E contract, documentation and having an established network of vendors, suppliers & contractors will be a n advantage.
- Candidates with more years of relevant experience and proven good records may be considered for higher positions.
- Independent, proactive, positive attitude, and Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a driving license, own car is preferred
