Business Development Executive (Waste Management)

Job Description:


  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and generate leads.
  • Identify customer needs and requirements to provide suitable solutions.
  • Conduct business presentations and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective clients.
  • Oversee budgets and costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to enhance and improve the company’s services.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Build partnerships and collaborate with team leaders to determine service offerings, delivery standards, and effective solutions to arising issues.
  • Possess strong experience in Digital Media Management and Advertising, which is essential for business growth.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned.




Job Requirement:

  • Preferably possess a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the Waste Management industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work independently while efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
