Business & Education Partner Enablement Lead
Apple Japan Channel Sales has been investing in and driving business across Telco, Consumer, Enterprise and Education spaces through channel partners. Our goal is to deliver the best customer experience and enhance the ownership experience of Apple Products & Services. In order to achieve that goal, we challenge ourselves to think differently and further expand the strategic frontier of our operations.
The Staffing Program within Channel Strategy and Operations (CSO) is responsible for initiatives and strategies around the people who are at the core of delivering the best Apple customer experience. The team strives to maximize staff engagement with Business & Education (B&E) channel partners through the Apple Professional Academy — a unified, scalable program designed to enable channel sellers and technical advisors with the knowledge, skills, and tools to become capable advocates of the Apple platform.
The B&E Partner Enablement Lead will be responsible for strategizing, planning, executing, and monitoring
the Apple Professional Academy for our Business & Education channel partners in Japan, spanning Enterprise, Education, Government, and Small Business segments. Building on the foundation established by the program's initial rollout, this role will focus on expanding the program's reach, deepening partner engagement, and driving measurable progress across the learning journey. The success of the program is dependent upon the coordinated efforts of various teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ops, and the Worldwide B2B Training Programs team, both in Japan and Cupertino.
Reporting to the Staffing Program Manager, you will have proven experience in business strategy planning and execution, partner enablement, training program management, or operational roles.
