Business Operations Assistant
Job Description:
- Monitor performance of business units and produce analytical reports
- Analyze and interpret business and financial statistics
- Support the preparation of regular reports and dashboards
- Assist in analyzing business data to identify trends and patterns
- Provide operational support to business units under the regional office
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems
- Maintain and update BI tools or Excel-based reporting files
- Document data processes and reporting methodologies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation); knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage
- Good understanding of business reporting and data analysis concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling data and reports
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
