Call Centre Agent

Job Responsibilities:



· Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills


· Receivables management


· General customer service duties


· Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients


· Sending statement of accounts

Good interpersonal, communication and written skills



· Proactive, committed and self-motivated



· Positive team player who is also able to work independently


· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
