Call Centre - Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the North-East Region and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Process point-to-point (P2P) bookings and handle related enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Provide real-time service recovery to affected parties when required, in accordance with established procedures.

  • Attend to and manage initial feedback from relevant stakeholders within the defined scope of operational support.

  • Support additional operational areas beyond P2P services as and when the operational scope is expanded.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior (s)

What we're looking for

  • Possess good interpersonal and hearing skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers

  • Willingness to work shifts
