Contact Centre Officer
Our client is seeking responsible and customer-focused individuals who are confident handling high volumes of customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
This role is suitable for candidates who are patient, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone daily.
Job Scope:
- Manage inbound customer enquiries through calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and first-level support for customer issues and enquiries.
- Perform issue identification, troubleshooting, and escalation according to internal procedures.
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of all cases.
- Support operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE โOโ Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in contact centre, customer service, or frontline support roles.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and customer interactions daily.
- Strong communication skills with clear spoken and written English.
- Able to multitask, follow processes, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a desk-bound office environment during office hours.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge for mobile phones and applications is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

๐ Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am โ 5:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am โ 1:00pm (44 working hours weekly)
