Customer Service Executive (Call Centre)

Our client is hiring immediately for Customer Service Executive in a call centre environment to support daily customer service operations. Candidates should be customer-focused, professional, and able to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:

  • Attend to inbound and outbound calls promptly.
  • Assist with bookings, enquiries, and document checks.
  • Escalate urgent or sensitive cases appropriately.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with procedures.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Support operational and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • 1 year of call centre/customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage.

📍 Location: East

🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8.30am–5pm and Sat 8.30am–12.30pm

💰 Salary: Up to $2,300
