As a CE Extension - Senior Associate-Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' technology landscapes across various functions by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC's value proposition of "strategy led and technology enabled," aligning our consulting solutions with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. You will help clients optimize their Sales, Service, and Marketing functions, deploying Microsoft Business Applications Suite to meet unique business needs.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients in transforming their technology landscape using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related applications
- Managing CRM implementations and optimizing the use of Microsoft Business Applications Suite across various industries
- Conducting business process analysis to align client needs with Microsoft Dynamics solutions
- Leading CRM project management efforts to enhance operational efficiency and customer journey analysis
- Integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and configuration to meet specific business requirements
- Utilizing CRM analytics to provide insights and recommendations for client service improvements
- Training users on Microsoft Power Apps and other Microsoft Dynamics tools to enhance adoption and utilization
- Collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions that address complex client challenges
- Analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and support client relationship management initiatives
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and industry practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
