As a Kronos Functional - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients directly, providing specialized consulting within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Oracle Human Capital to deliver tailored solutions that address complex business needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships, navigating complex scenarios, and mentoring junior team members to uphold professional standards and deliver quality work. You will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to anticipate client needs and guide them through intricate challenges.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement within Oracle Human Capital Management systems
- Collaborating with clients to understand their workforce technology needs and providing tailored solutions
- Leading the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Absence Management and Oracle Payroll
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
- Managing project budgets and timelines to validate successful delivery of Oracle HCM solutions
- Conducting business analysis to support strategic human resource planning and talent management initiatives
- Facilitating change management processes to enhance employee engagement and adoption of new HR technologies
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Oracle application development and deployment
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM advancements and industry trends
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing HR transformation projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for advanced reporting
- Managing Human Resources Transformation projects with strategic planning
- Excelling in Workforce Analytics and Planning for client solutions
- Developing skills in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
