As a Senior Associate specializing in SCM Functional consulting, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency for clients within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, implement Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This role is client-facing, allowing you to directly contribute to clients achieving their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex situations and build meaningful client relationships. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate problems, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining professional standards. Your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions will be crucial as you grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will initially support the D365 implementation for the SCM/Production Control module in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will act as a liaison between business team members and the technical D365 team, facilitating system design and procedures, testing functionality, and preparing training materials.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the implementation and system processes for the SCM/Production Control module in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Acting as a liaison between business team members and the technical D365 team to facilitate seamless communication
- Eliciting, understanding, and documenting business requirements and system design procedures
- Facilitating and documenting system design and procedures, and testing new and existing functionality
- Documenting issues, executing test cases, and preparing standard operating procedures and training materials
- Analyzing client needs to implement ERP software solutions and provide training for effective utilization
- Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics ERP to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Engaging in continuous process improvement to enhance business performance and reduce downtime
- Integrating data flows and confirming system interoperability for seamless business operations
- Applying analytical thinking and project management tracking to deliver excellence in client support

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
