Consumer Business Development
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of business development strategies and commercial programs for the Korean market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Legal — as well as Apple's worldwide partners, to design compelling consumer propositions, negotiate key commercial agreements, and deliver high-impact programs that drive sustainable and innovative growth for Apple in Korea.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum experience of 5 years in business development, strategic business planning, or partner-facing sales account management, including end-to-end analytical and operational experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce industries.
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, commercial modelling, and structured problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently, with a clear drive to take ownership and lead programs from ideation through to execution in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and present effectively to senior stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual communication in both Korean & English.
Naturally curious and proactive mindset — consistently explores new approaches, challenges the status quo, and demonstrates initiative in driving outcomes without being asked.
Deep knowledge of consumer financing schemes, local channel structures, carrier economics, and the technology product landscape in Korea.
Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing senior executive-level relationships both internally and externally.
Proven ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership, with a track record of driving buy-in through clear, structured, and impactful storytelling.
