Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with the sales team and assist with licensing and contracting inquiries.
  • Process contracting requests, ensuring they comply with our carrier, state and company guidelines.
  • Review licensing documents to ensure compliance with company as well as state regulations.
  • Propose improvements for processes and technology.
  • Complete additional tasks related to the contracting department as assigned by your manager.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or contracting/licensing is a strong asset.
  • Experience with SureLC is a strong asset.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Effective problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Approachable and professional in delivering suboptimal information via phone, and email interactions.
  • Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Positive demeanor with an openness to constructive feedback.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

Pay Rate: $52,000/yr USD
