COOK - CHINESE CUISINE 帮锅 / 炒锅

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Cook 炒锅 / 帮锅 to join our kitchen team at Golden Café Food Court. The role mainly involves preparing wok-fried dishes and seafood cuisine. Applicants should possess good wok-handling and stir-frying skills, and be able to maintain food quality and kitchen efficiency during busy operating periods.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook Zi Char and Live Seafood dishes according to company standards

· Perform frying, wok cooking, and food preparation efficiently

· Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation

· Assist in food preparation, cutting, marinating, and ingredient handling

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

· Ensure proper storage and handling of seafood and ingredients

· Support kitchen operations during peak periods

· Follow kitchen safety and food hygiene procedures at all times

· Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Zi Char and/or Live Seafood cuisine

· Must possess good frying and wok skills

· Comfortable to work in a food court environment

· Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as a team

· Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices

· Physically capable of carrying out kitchen duties in a fast-paced and warm working environment.

  • Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate

Working hours

6-day work week |1 rest day per week (scheduled on weekdays) | Approximately 44 working hours per week, subject to operational requirements | Stable working schedule |Required to work on rotational shifts during weekends and public holidays.

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience and skills.
