Corporate Events Producer / Account Manager
About the Company
We are a premier, fast-growing boutique integrated agency in Singapore specializing in end-to-end corporate events management and high-impact corporate video production. We operate lean, think like business owners, and value commercial ownership. We serve an enviable portfolio of MNCs, government bodies, and leading corporate brands, handling a healthy mix of mid-tier activations alongside high-value enterprise accounts.
Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially sharp, operationally grounded Corporate Events Producer / Account Manager to drive our enterprise accounts from initial RFQ response all the way through to flawless live execution.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for an agile professional who can confidently win competitive pitches and architect the operational blueprints to deliver them. You will own the agency's RFQ engine - interpreting briefs, building profitable line-item quotations, and pitching to prospective clients.
Once a project is secured, you will act as the Project Lead. You will provide leadership, structural guidance, and operational mentorship to our execution team to ensure vendor logistics, staging, and on-site setup are executed perfectly according to your technical blueprints and the client's high standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. RFQ Response, Costing & Account Acquisition
- End-to-End RFQ Ownership: Lead the agency's response to competitive corporate RFQs and public sector tenders (GeBIZ, TenderBoard, SAP Ariba), ensuring all submissions are highly strategic, compelling, and strictly compliant.
- Commercial Costing & Quotations: Build detailed, accurate line-item quotations and project P&Ls, ensuring agency profitability and gross margins are fiercely protected.
- Proposal & Pitch Deck Development: Collaborate closely with our execution team to translate dry RFQ specifications into visually striking, winning event concepts.
- Client Presentations & Finesse: Confidently present and defend proposed solutions, technical timelines, and commercial terms to corporate stakeholders and procurement panels to secure high-value project wins.
- Strategic Cross-Selling: Work with our video sales team to cross-sell our in-house, full-service Video Production capabilities to potential clients and directly into every RFQ submission.
2. Project Execution
- Master Operational Blueprinting: Translate won RFQs into complete, bulletproof project blueprints - including technical breakdown sheets, macro-timelines, floor-plan mapping, and manpower planning.
- High-Stakes Vendor Procurement: Lead the negotiation and contracting with key suppliers (fabricators, primary AV partners, venue management etc), ensuring technical compliance and commercial alignment with our budget.
- On-Site Project Management: Command the event floor during critical setup and event days. Own the main stage rundown, manage client relations on the ground, and direct the execution team through onsite problem solving.
- Post-Event Reconciliation: Oversee the structural wrap-up of the event, including supervising final site teardowns, managing variation orders (VOs), and finalizing the project P&L sheet for immediate billing.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience, ideally within an Events Agency or Creative Agency environment in Singapore. Experience in planning and executing projects/events involving 500 participants and above is an advantage.
- Enterprise Capability: Proven track record managing project budgets, preparing detailed commercial quotations, and winning competitive corporate event pitches/RFPs.
- Technical Grounding: Strong foundational understanding of event production elements including AV systems, lighting, staging, fabrication, and digital/hybrid event integrations.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to pitch to senior corporate stakeholders and negotiate effectively with suppliers.
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Mindset: Highly organized, commercially numbers-literate, and comfortable double-hatting across account management and strategic project oversight.
Compensation & Benefits
- A competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
- Attractive performance-based commission structure and sales bonuses.
