Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team to enhance customer onboarding and KYC processes, leading innovative product development from inception to launch. This role is focused on collaboration and strategy to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize the customer onboarding and KYC lifecycle processes, including digital workflow enhancements.
• Lead the complete product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations, to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Engage in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to new functions and improvements of online banking services.
• Formulate and implement product strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue objectives.
• Conduct periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures.
• Provide training sessions for business teams on new products and product optimizations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the team lead.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional qualifications combined with relevant experience will also be taken into account.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking product management, particularly in corporate online banking, cash management, client onboarding/KYC enhancements, or product governance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and engage with business partners or service providers.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and efficient in delivering results.
