Corporate Secretarial Assistant

JobDescription & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions
  • Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns
  • Other adhoc duties as and when required

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
  • Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work under pressure
