Counter Assistant

COUNTER ASSISTANT JOB SCOPE

· To assist the cashier in collecting payment for transaction over the drink counter from customers and runners

· To assist in the preparation of beverages for the customers at the drink counter (e.g. packing of take away, ice, etc.)

· To assist to cover cashier or first hand duties when the cashier or first hand is having meal or not at the counter

· To assist the first hand to prepare for the sufficient milk sweetener, whitener and other food items for the next shift

· To assist in the washing of the cups and spoons, etc.

· To ensure that the drink counter is clean and tidy at all times

· To assist the cashier to top up dispenser drink machine when the drink is running low

· To maintain the dispenser drink machine in a clean condition

· To maintain the ice making machine in a clean condition

· To assist the cashier in the receiving of goods in the absence of supervisor.

· To do any other work related job duties when assigned by the superior
