We are hiring customer service officer to be outsourced to our clients

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customer enquiries and requests related to insurance policies and services
• Provide timely support and follow up on unresolved issues
• Manage customer feedback, appeals, and general service enquiries professionally
• Deliver a positive customer experience and ensure service standards are met
• Support various customer service channels and operational activities when required
• Assist with projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned
• May be required to support different service locations when needed
