Customer Service Officer (Frontline) (Insurance) (12 Months Contract) #TNKC

  • Handle walk-in queries from policyholders and Financial Representatives

  • Follow up promptly on any unresolved issues.

  • Manage appeals, feedback, and minor complaints.

  • Deliver excellent customer service.

  • Resolve feedback and complaints within set timelines.

  • Support Digital Communications and the Call Centre as needed.

  • Rotate across Service Centres when required.

  • Undertake ad hoc duties and assigned projects.
