CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

- Handle documentations and operation of airfreight, seafreight and end to end deliveries & customs clearance

- Follow up on outstanding bookings and query resolution

- Provide customer service to clients and overseas agents by handling their queries/feedbacks and updating shipment status proactively

- Provide sales support and assist the sales team to check rates with overseas agents, carriers and 3rd party vendors and sending quotations on behalf of salesperson to clients when required

- Creating shipment jobs and billings

- Complying with company directions, policies and SOPs

- Ensure customer satisfaction excellence

- Help to increase customer confidence and secure more shipments from customers you are handling

- To work closely with Sales Team to maximum customer profile successes

- And any other work delegated to you by the Management pertaining to the interest of the company
