Customer Service Executive

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, before and after-sales support in order to maintain overall customer (including affiliates and distributors) satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Team by managing the full sales order cycle, including quotation preparation, customer purchase order processing to invoicing, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfilment.

  • Process customer purchase orders by creating system-generated Sales Orders and issuing Sales Order Confirmations. Provide customers with accurate shipping schedules and delivery timelines.

  • Manage and maintain monthly shipment schedules and monitor cut-off dates for Customer Purchase Orders from various distributors and clients.

  • Proactively monitor and follow up on all orders, ensuring any updates on quantities, shipment status, or delivery schedules are communicated promptly to customers.

  • Handle a wide range of customer enquiries, including pricing, product samples, project requests, documentation, customer surveys, new business prospects, and product or service complaints.

  • Communicate regularly with customers on general updates, order status, and relevant information in a professional and timely manner.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of enquiries and issues, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare sales data reports and participate in regular meetings with the Sales Team to support business planning and performance tracking.

  • Maintain proactive communication with customers to gather forward demand forecasts and share consolidated insights with internal teams.

  • Provide backup support to other Customer Service Executives during their absence to ensure business continuity.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Recognized qualification in administration, sales support, customer service or relevant experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with knowledge of basic IT skills.

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities

  • Able to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Transportation: Frequent shuttle bus schedule from Lakeside MRT & Office
