Customer Service Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front Desk

  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customers’ needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Handle and resolve our patient’s enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner, including answering of phone calls.

  • Be accountable for overall Quality of Service and Patient Satisfaction rate.

  • Identify opportunities to recommend suitable treatment plans to our patients.

  • Perform all front-desk routine matters, such as registration, scheduling of appointment, processing payments and handling email and SMS enquiries.

  • Communicate new initiatives to patients in a professional and tactful manner.

  • Handle, process and record all inbound calls, responses, enquiries and customer interactions

    from various referral sources, social media platforms and direct call-ins for new patient

    appointment bookings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or similar capacity.

  • Possess strong communication skills, patient and genuinely excited to help customers.

  • Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage time efficiently.

  • Customer-oriented with passion in serving customers.

  • Independent player and is motivated to complete any task without much supervision.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette.

  • xperience in healthcare or service-related industries is an advantage.

JOB DETAILS:

  • 5 working days with 2 off days!
