Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) [Kallang Way, $1800 Joining Bonus]
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming carpark's intercom and general hotline pertaining to customer's inquiry
- Identify and escalate any carpark issue.
- Provide information to customers for any carparks enquiries like pricing, availability etc
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints by understanding the root of the problem
- Monitoring of carpark entrance / exit condition via CCTV cameras
- Ad hoc duties assigned by superior and managers
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform 12 hours shift duties
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to multi-tasks and work in an intense environment
