Customer Service Officer (Jalan Besar)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers' enquiries and quote price independantly
- Processing orders through JDE system
- Follow up on sales quotations, sales orders, ships and payment with customer
- Handle customers' complaints
- Liaise with internal departments to expedite sales orders
- Communicate with overseas customers to promote the company's products
- To cold call and build potential customers from overseas
- Ad-hoc duties by management
Job Requirements:
- At least GCE “O’ levels or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years working experience in sales/ sales support
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
- Working location at Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT : Lavender)
