Customer Service Officer (Jalan Besar)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers' enquiries and quote price independantly
  • Processing orders through JDE system
  • Follow up on sales quotations, sales orders, ships and payment with customer
  • Handle customers' complaints
  • Liaise with internal departments to expedite sales orders
  • Communicate with overseas customers to promote the company's products
  • To cold call and build potential customers from overseas
  • Ad-hoc duties by management


Job Requirements:

  • At least GCE “O’ levels or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in sales/ sales support
  • Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
  • Working location at Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT : Lavender)
